As Breitbart News first reported Friday, a federal magistrate signed off on a warrant ahead of the search of Trump’s home/office/resort that allowed for the seizure of all “physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 793, 2071, or 1519.” Those are the statutes that cover illegally removing, destroying or hiding government documents, obstruction of justice and the Espionage Act.
