She tells Turner about her own whistleblowing story and connects the dots between peer support and the whistleblowing community.

Garrick and Turner talk about the harmful impacts of retaliation and mental health parity. They discuss the goals of the upcoming Workplace Promise Institute and how the event came to be. Finally, Garrick discusses working on a taxonomy for retaliation and her vision for the future.
