Kollman, Saucier & Jackson has moved from Towson to Executive Plaza in Hunt Valley.
The 38-year-old law firm has leased approximately 1,500 square-feet of space in Executive Plaza 3, part of the four-building, 550,000-square-foot business community at 11350 McCormick Road. Hill Management Services is the landlord.
Kollman, Saucier & Jackson provides legal representation to businesses, government institutions and contractors. It focuses on management-side labor and employment law, commercial law and complex civil litigation.
President Vince Jackson cited the need to establish a comfortable and efficient real estate setting in anticipation of predicted expansion of the firm.
“Our practice is busy, and we expect to add attorneys as our client base continues to grow,” he said in a statement. “Executive Plaza offered the accessibility, parking and overall professional environment we were looking for.”
Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill Management Services, represented the landlord. Tim Hearn of Trout Daniel & Associates, represented the tenant.
