The Legislature should repeal AB 257 - OCRegister

One of the most grotesque pieces of legislation signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom last year was Assembly Bill 257. Introduced by Asm. Chris Holden, D-Pasadena, the bill seeks to impose a Fast Food Council to dictate pay and labor conditions to fast food restaurants.
