A third whistleblowing letter relating to issues at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive has been submitted.

The letter was penned by an employee of Stormont’s Department for Communities, of which the NIHE is an arm’s-length body, and follows two letters submitted by groups of NIHE workers to the organisation’s bosses raising governance and bullying concerns.
