TrialCard Won't Face Ex-Employee's Leave Claims After Absence - Bloomberg Law

A former TrialCard Inc. employee who was fired over absences from work in violation of the company’s attendance policy failed to persuade the Eighth Circuit that the company denied her benefits she was entitled to under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
