Trump Business Sues Insurer Over Costs in Condo Employee Case - Bloomberg Law

Trump Corp. filed suit against an insurance carrier over coverage for an employment case brought by a former manager of a luxury condominium building built by the company.

The employment practices liability policy required the insurer to cover defense and indemnification costs, Trump Corp., which is owned by President-elect Donald Trump, said in a lawsuit filed Nov. 15 in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
