Trump floods social media with conspiracy theories in hours-long spree: ‘Psychotic’ - NJ.com

President Donald Trump just went on a wild social media rampage by sharing more than one hundred posts over several hours.

Trump spent hours on Monday night posting on Truth Social, taking time to insult political rivals, share conspiracy theories and false claims about the 2020 election. His posts included his usual swipes at Democrats, including former President Barack Obama, former President Joe Biden and California Gov. Gavin Newsom.

The posting spree also included far-fetched conspiracy theories, including falsely speculating whether former first lady Michelle Obama used an autopen during Biden’s administration to grant pardons. Some posts also echoed Trump’s false claims that he won the 2020 election and false claims about the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol.

Pundits criticized Trump over his social media posting spree, with many questioning why the president appeared to spend hours on the Truth Social platform.

“Psychotic Trump made 162 posts last night on Truth Social, one more deranged than the other,” MeidasTouch editor-in-chief Ron Filipkowski wrote on X.

Journalist Yashar Ali said on X that Trump made hundreds of posts in just hours.

“I can’t even get the full count; it’s that many posts,” Ali wrote on X.

The Republicans Against Trump account on X also blasted the president’s social media posts.
