Trump Swiftly Fact Checked By Local Reporter For False Claim Casting Doubt On Integrity of Colorado’s Elections - Mediaite

Veteran local Colorado news anchor Kyle Clark dropped a fact check on former President Donald Trump’s claims that Democrats instituted mail-in voting in the state to favor their chances of winning elections.

“Great visit to Montana and Wyoming, where I am leading BIG, and Colorado, whose Radical Left Governor has gone to all Mail-In Voting, making the State a POLITICAL CESSPOOL where, even if you were leading, it would make no difference! Clark, who anchors Colorado’s 9News, replied to Trump on X, writing, “Trump’s claim is false. Colorado’s universal mail-in voting began in 2013, years before the current governor took office. It was a bipartisan initiative implemented by a Republican Secretary of State.”

An X user replied to Clark, “It’s not false that mail in voting is more susceptible to fraud and corruption. An undeniable fact.”
