Chesebro, a former Trump attorney charged with seven counts for allegedly playing a key role in drafting a plan to use fake electors to falsely certify Georgia Electoral College results in Trump’s favor, according to prosecutors, was released Wednesday on a $100,000 bond.

John Eastman

Eastman, a former Trump attorney also accused of helping devise the fake electors scheme and charged with nine counts, was released Tuesday on a $100,000 bond.

Jenna Ellis

Jenna Ellis, also a former Trump attorney charged with two counts accusing her of contributing to the fake electors scheme and making false allegations of election fraud, was released Wednesday on a $100,000 bond.
