Successfully advocating for performance allowances to be paid for the first time in 2025, after frequently voicing their demands on the streets during 2023-2024, civil servant lecturers under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology still face a bitter reality. The performance allowances for the years 2020-2024, which are their rights, have yet to be received.
In accordance with the provisions, ASN lecturers from the Ministry of Education and Technology should receive performance allowances (tukin) during the period of 2020-2024. The same applies to ASN lecturers from other ministries/agencies.
To fight for their rights, lecturers who are members of the Academic and Vocational Lecturers Alliance of Indonesia (ADAKSI) have filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) in Jakarta.
