A pair of federal government employee unions are seeking a preliminary injunction against the implementation of President Joe Biden’s executive order mandating that federal government employees receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Bruce L. Castor Jr. of van der Veen, Hartshorn, and Levin filed the motion for injunctive relief in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday on behalf of the American Federation of Government Employees Local 2018 and the American Federation of Government Employees: Council of Prison Locals 33.
