A video not believed to have previously been made public was shown during a congressional hearing on UAPs, a.k.a. UFOs, this week.

“We are here today to listen to the stories of those who have witnessed events of interest to the American people and to support the policies that cultivate an environment that welcomes and protects whistleblowers,” Rep. Jasmine Crockett, a Texas Democrat, said early into Tuesday’s hearing, billed as being aimed, in part, at “restoring public trust through UAP transparency.”

Video appears to show UAP undeterred by Hellfire missile

“Enough is enough,” Rep. Eric Burlison, a Missouri Republican, said Tuesday before playing the footage. “I wanna cue up a video that I’ve been given. Before it starts, ’m gonna describe [it]. This was taken October 30th of 2025. This video is of an MQ-9 drone tracking an orb, or this object, off the coast of Yemen. You’ll see that another MQ-9 launched a Hellfire missile. You cannot see that drone. I’m not gonna explain it to you. You’ll see exactly what it does.”

The video appears to show the UAP in question continuing to travel after making impact with the precision-guided missile, which manufacturer Lockheed Martin says is designed with a “multipurpose warhead” for “a broad range of targets.”
