Ulta Beauty Cosmetics LLC won a bid to compel arbitration of claims brought by two of three plaintiffs in a proposed class action alleging wage and hour violations
Plaintiffs Shahara Hansber and Jesus Moreno are bound by arbitration agreements they signed with staffing companies that hired them to work in Ulta’s distribution center in Fresno, Calif., Judge Anthony W. Ishii of the US District Court for the Eastern District of California ruled Wednesday.
Hansber is a former employee of Exact Staff Inc., and Moreno is a former employee of Spherion Staffing LLC.
