The United Kingdom Official Gazette Oct. 12 published Statutory Instrument No. 1055/2022, ratifying the DTA and protocol with Luxembourg, signed June 7, which will replace the 1967 DTA currently in force. The new agreement includes provisions on: 1) mutual agreement procedures (MAP); 2) tax information exchange; and 3) assistance in the collection of taxes.
