Davis Malm is pleased to announce the addition of Hui Chen as an associate to the firm's Employment Group. Hui is an employment litigator with a focus on assisting employers and individuals with employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, and contract disputes. He also counsels employers in drafting and implementing company handbooks, restrictive covenants and severance agreements and advises employees on navigating employment contracts.

Prior to joining Davis Malm, Hui served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jennifer Boal in the U.S. District Court in Boston and to Justice Wayne Douglas in the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. He was also a Judicial Intern at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Mr. Chen earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
