LOS ANGELES (WCJB) - A complaint by two former employees of the Los Angeles Film School in California alleges that Bill Heavener and his Film School and Full Sail University in Winter Park defrauded the government of tens of millions of dollars over the past decade.

Attorneys for Full Sail responded, “These two individuals never worked at Full Sail University, and it is both inappropriate and offensive that they decided to include Full Sail in their litigation.”
The complaint was unsealed in May and reported Monday by the Tampa Bay Times.
