The host of a racist mock Juneteenth party has brazenly bragged about her secret racist Twitter account after a black firefighter complained about the bash.
Mary Nicosia and her dentist husband Nicholas threw the affair at their Rochester mansion that featured a Trump cut out and buckets of KFC in front of Juneteenth flags.
Captain Jeffrey Krywy took firefighters Jerrod Jones, 40, who is black; McKenzie 'Mack' Neal, and Aurelio 'Angel' Perez to the East Avenue house while on-duty on July 11.
Krywy has since resigned after he was warned he faced dismissal over the incident, and Jones has filed a $4million lawsuit against the City of Rochester and the fire department.
Mary Nicosia has brazenly admitted that she has a ‘racist’ Twitter account in a bizarre press conference designed to clear her name.
She declared: 'In full disclosure, I do have a Twitter parody account that operates under a veil of a persona and I have made blatantly racist comments under that persona.'
The Twitter account in question has since been deactivated, but Nicosia used it to mock black colloquialisms and shared offensive cartoons.
Starting the press conference, which was intended to clear the couple of any wrongdoing, their attorney, Cory Hogan said: 'We are here to talk about how political correctness can destroy lives.'
He added: 'I challenge you, the press, look into their backgrounds. Find anything they've done in their lives, their 50 plus year lives that's racist.'
