Radisson Hotel-Utica Centre workers and three entities connected to the hotel reached a deal to resolve long-running wage-and-hour litigation for $1.8 million.
Nearly 64% of the net settlement fund will go to banquet workers, more than 11% to tipped restaurant workers, and approximately 25% to other hourly workers, according to documents the workers filed Monday as part of their preliminary settlement approval bid in the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
