The VA violated the Administrative Procedure Act by denying requests from whistleblower Thomas Schroeder and Medtronic Inc., Judge Daniel D. Crabtree of the US District Court for the District of Kansas said in a Tuesday order. He remanded the matter to the VA for 30 days for further consideration of their requests.
