Vasconcelos Advogados announces Ana Santos Paiva as Head of Labor Law practice.
Vasconcelos Advogados has strengthened its Labor practice with the appointment of Ana Santos Paiva as Head of the practice, as part of the firm’s strategy to develop and expand this area.
Ana Santos Paiva advises national and international employers on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, covering the full employment lifecycle. Her work includes employment contracts and terminations, internal policies, remuneration and benefits, occupational health and safety, collective bargaining and social security issues.
She also has experience in employment litigation, representing clients before labour courts and regulatory authorities, and handling internal investigations, disciplinary proceedings, dismissals, administrative labour cases and collective redundancy processes. In addition, she works on the implementation of internal policies and codes of conduct aimed at preventing workplace harassment and provides training on developments in employment law.
