Rebecca Katz announced the launch of Katz Whistleblower Law LLC, a firm dedicated to representing whistleblowers and exposing corporate misconduct, Katz announced Tuesday.
Previously, Katz led the Securities and Exchange Commission whistleblower practice at Motley Rice, where she also served as managing partner of its New York office.
Her new firm will handle cases involving securities fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations, accounting irregularities, and money laundering, Katz said.
