The Financial Services Commission selected several high-impact policies, including the reform of the whistleblower reward scheme for unfair trading in capital markets, strengthened management of individual delinquent loans, and new measures against emerging phishing crimes, as 'Outstanding Proactive Administration Cases for the First Half of 2026.'

On July 26, the Financial Services Commission announced that it had awarded certificates of commendation to eight 'Outstanding Proactive Public Officials for the First Half of 2026' on July 24.

The commission selected a total of eight exemplary cases—six outstanding and two commendable—by reviewing ten submissions collected through internal and external nominations, with assessment from the Proactive Administration Monitoring Group and private sector members of the Proactive Administration Committee. Winners will receive the highest performance bonus ratings and other incentives in the future.
