Vicky McDonald is an associate in the firm’s Sacramento office who defends employers in a variety of complex labor and employment-related matters. Her experience includes advising clients in connection with mediations and depositions.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Vicky was a Legal Content Specialist for the Continuing Education of the Bar where she conducted legal research for their employment law, business law, criminal law, and civil litigation publications. After earning her bachelor’s degree, she received a Certificate of Transactional Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center in London. During law school, Vicky served as an associate editor for the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal and was a student representative for the Berkeley Law Admissions Committee.
