Virgin Galactic, a developer of suborbital flight for space tourism founded by Richard Branson, was hit with an employment lawsuit Sunday in Florida Middle District Court. The court action was filed by Light Path Law on behalf of a former worker who claims that she was wrongfully terminated for refusing to place her vaccine status in the defendant’s ‘vaccine passport database’ for religious reasons. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00715, Brewer v. Virgin Galactic, LLC.
