Vision Quest Industries, Incorporated (VQ) has agreed to pay the United States $2.25 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations that VQ caused Osteo Relief Institutes to bill Medicare for knee braces that were tainted by illegal kickbacks, the Department of Justice announced today.
