Bhopal: Vyapam whistleblower Anand Rai has been appointed as the convener of the Civic & Social Outreach Cell of the state Congress. As the convener of the cell, Rai is expected to work with civil society groups to achieve the ideological objectives of the Congress and carry out movements on socio-economic and political issues. He will report to PCC chief Jitu Patwari.
