Speedway was hit with a class action Friday in New Jersey District Court. The suit, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was brought by Winebrake & Santillo and Lichten & Liss-Riordan. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-19277, Dworkin et al. v. Speedway LLC.
