Lawyers at Carlton Fields have removed a lawsuit against Fair Haven Community Health Clinic Inc. to Connecticut District Court. The complaint, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed by Cicchiello & Cicchiello on behalf of Alejandro Lezama.

The case is 3:21-cv-01506, Lezama v. Fair Haven Community Health Clinic Inc.
