ONLINE — On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 12 noon–2:00 pm ET, the Center for Agricultural and Shale Law, alongside Penn State Extension and sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry through funding from the U.S. Department of Labor, will present the sixth agricultural law webinar in the AgWorks program:

The session will also address practical scenarios—including breaks, donning and doffing, and enforcement actions—to help employers reduce risk and maintain compliance. An optional second hour will offer participants the opportunity to ask legal questions and discuss real-world scenarios with the attorneys.
