A female Walgreens pharmacist lost her hostile work environment claims because she lacked evidence that any harassment she timely alleged was based on her sex or affected her job conditions, a Houston federal judge ruled.
Demetrice Venters said the the abuse by Walgreen Co.'s district manager for the Houston East District, Christopher Magee, started in November 2015, when he asked her to meet him at a hotel or motel.
