Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of former waste disposal driver Anthony Harris. The suit, which arises from an underlying decertified collective employment action, brings claims against Waste Pro of Florida Inc. for alleged wage-and-hour violations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-14045, Harris v. Waste Pro Of Florida, Inc.
