Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) are expected to hear from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) whistleblower at a public forum on Monday.

The Democrats say the former ICE employee will for the first time publicly “discuss new immigration enforcement training methods and policies, including authorizing warrantless entry to the homes of U.S. citizens.”
