Wayfair Hit With Wage and Hour Suit by Customer Service Reps - Bloomberg Law

Wayfair LLC is facing a proposed collective action filed Friday by current and former customer service representatives, alleging the company failed to pay them for “off-the-clock” work.

The named plaintiffs, Kayla Counts, Kaylynn Major, and Erica Dujardin allege that they weren’t paid for pre-shift or post-shift work, and were routinely required to work during their lunch breaks, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
