Wells Fargo Bank NA and a former employee have settled her breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation lawsuit where she alleged she lost job opportunities after the bank failed to correct her credit report.

Josephine Arku and the bank filed a joint notice of tentative settlement in the US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina Wednesday. The details of the settlement weren’t disclosed, and Wells Fargo declined to comment. Akru’s counsel didn’t immediately respond to Bloomberg Law’s request for comment.
