Goat Simulator 3 is the direct sequel to the 2014 game Goat Simulator. This game is set in the fantasy land of San Angora, and it features a single-player and four-player cooperative mode. Playing with friends is where the game truly shines, as it becomes somewhat boring in the single-player experience.
But when you are all by yourself, you can roam free around the island and cause mayhem for those around you. However, when you are not breaking laws, you can help them be upheld. The Wanted: Whistleblower Quest is one quest where you do exactly that, and we will guide you on how to complete it.
The quest requires you to capture three wanted criminals and put them behind bars. All three criminals are in the Downtown area of the map. However, it becomes difficult to spot them due to the denser crowd, among the other distractions.
All you need to do is go to the location shown below. Keep an eye open for women in red suits, and drag them to their cells back at the police station.
Exit the Police Station and look on the right side of two ATMs, just in front of two donuts-like posters. Goldilocks can be found right in the center of these. Grab her by your tongue and drag her back to the Police Station to throw her behind bars.
