A former top official at the Public Regulation Commission contends in a newly filed lawsuit that he was offered what he considered a bribe to keep him from reporting alleged time card fraud by his supervisor.
The whistleblower lawsuit filed by Jim Williamson also states that after reporting the salary overpayments to PRC staff and the state Department of Finance Administration, he was fired without explanation in July 2021 by his supervisor’s new replacement, Wayne Propst.
