A whistleblower complaint has been filed with the Alabama 911 Board alleging mismanagement of the Montgomery 911 call center by the City of Montgomery.
Specifically, the complaint is against Mayor Steven Reed, “some of his cabinet members” and the Montgomery City/County Personnel Board executive director “regarding their interference with the efficient and effective operation of the city's 911 center.”
