A Texas District Court judge ruled in favor of four former Texas Office of the Attorney General employees, and awarded them $6.7 million in a whistleblower case.

Judge Catherine A. Mauzy of the 419th Texas Civil District Court ruled in favor of plaintiffs James Blake Brickman, David Maxwell, J. Mark Penley and Ryan M. Vassar against the Texas Attorney General's Office. The bench trial took place between Feb. 20 and March 26.
