Whistleblowers in damning dossier: Housing agency bosses dished out R270m in dodgy contracts in a single day - News24

Two top executives of the Housing Development Agency (HDA) are being investigated for corruption, collusion and interfering with supply chain management processes after whistleblowers blew the lid on alleged irregularities in five contracts worth more than R270 million.

Acting chief executive officer Daphney Ngoasheng and chief operations officer Nkululeko Stephen Poya are under investigation after a whistleblower raised concerns with HDA board chairperson Tshilidzi Ratshitanga and Human Settlements Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi in January.
