Whistleblowing is likely to continue climbing the agenda for many in-house legal teams over the coming year, a survey of lawyers has found.

In a recent report commissioned by A&O Shearman, its partners said they were seeing “increased efforts by regulators to convince whistleblowers to report things to them, outside of organizations”.
