WHN Solicitors appoints new employment law director in Bury - Yahoo News UK

WHN Solicitors has appointed a new director and head of employment law.

Rudy Fendlen will join the Bury-headquartered firm to lead and develop its employment law services.

Supporting businesses across the North West with advice on contracts, workplace procedures, dispute resolution and tribunal claims.

He will work closely with CEO and employment law specialist Michael Shroot.

Mr Shroot, CEO at WHN Solicitors, said: "Rudy is an excellent addition to WHN and his appointment is an important step in our strategy to develop our employment law service for businesses and shareholders across the North West.

"His experience advising owners managed businesses that don't have a dedicated inhouse HR resource is particularly valuable.

"These businesses need practical, commercially focussed advice from lawyers who understand the pressures they face."

Mr Fendlen also advises shareholders on employment disputes and was previously an employment law partner at Rose Fendlen Law.
