Woodcock Haworth and Nuttall (WHN) Solicitors has appointed Rudy Fendlen as director and head of employment law, strengthening the firm’s employment law offering across the North West.
Based at the firm’s Bury office, Rudy brings extensive experience advising owner-managed businesses on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including contracts, workplace procedures, dispute resolution and employment tribunal claims.
He also has specialist expertise in advising shareholders on employment-related disputes.
Rudy joins WHN from regional law firm Rose Fendlen Law and will work alongside chief executive and employment law specialist Michael Shroot to lead and develop the firm’s employment practice.
His role will focus on supporting employers across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and the wider North West.
