FTC Holds December Open Commission Meeting, Approving Regulatory Review of Green Guides and Holding Data Security Presentation. On December 14, the FTC held a virtual Open Commission Meeting. During the meeting, the agency voted 4-0 to issue a Request for Comment to commence a regulatory review of the Guides for the Use of Environmental Marketing Claims (Green Guides).
