A woman who spread false claims that prominent politicians had committed serious crimes including sexual assault and drug offenses has been handed over to prosecutors under arrest.
Seoul's Yeongdeungpo Police Station said on the 10th that it had referred a 55-year-old woman, identified as A, to prosecutors under arrest on charges of violating the Information and Communications Network Act.
