Donna K. McElroy and Katina A. Zampas of Dykema Gossett and Ellenor Stone and K. Tate Gray of Morris, Manning & Martin have stepped in as defense counsel to Candid Care Co. in a pending lawsuit over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The complaint was filed Feb. 22 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of an individual employed by defendant as an assistant studio manager. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones, is 1:22-cv-00736, Carter v. Candid Care Co.
