Princess Cruises, a subsidiary of Carnival Corp., Home Depot and other defendants were sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The lawsuit was brought by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of Kialys Santiago, who contends that she was not paid for all hours worked while she was jointly employed as a customer service agent for the defendants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-04325, Santiago v. Arise Virtual Solutions, Inc. et al.
