Workday Inc. has failed to refute a former employee’s claims they were illegally retaliated against after raising concerns about the company violating employment regulations for federal contractors, an Oregon federal judge said.
Judge Michael Simon of the US District Court for the District of Oregon cleared the way for a March trial, denying Workday’s motion for summary judgment in the case. The worker said the company wasn’t complying with the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ rules.
