[OSEN=Reporter Kim Soo-hyung] Rapper Yang Hong-won has denied infidelity allegations that emerged five days after his marriage and initiated legal action against the whistleblower.

On October 23, Yang’s agency AP Alchemy stated through an official SNS statement, "The whistleblower's claims are false, and the materials presented by the whistleblower are maliciously edited results."

The agency claimed the whistleblower demanded money and threatened Yang and the woman, and when their demands were not met, they made false allegations. It further stated that Yang and the woman each filed complaints against the whistleblower on charges of extortion, violation of the Stalking Punishment Act, and defamation through false statements.

The agency admitted that they accompanied the whistleblower to a motel. According to the agency, after finishing a performance, Yang drank at the whistleblower’s house and later left the house to go to a motel at the whistleblower’s request. The agency explained, "The artist, in a heavily intoxicated state, went to the motel to find a place to sleep, and the victim, who had nowhere else to go, was reluctantly accompanied."

Yang reportedly fell asleep immediately after entering the room, and the woman later requested help from the whistleblower and returned home together. Notably, they emphasized, "There was absolutely no affectionate behavior inside the room," drawing a clear line against the infidelity allegations.
