2025 has kept Government Accountability Project busy! Whistleblowers from several government agencies have bravely stepped forward to expose fraud and abuse. 1. Bombshell Whistleblower Exposes Justice Department Lies

In June, Government Accountability Project whistleblower client Erez Reuveni exposed high-level defiance of court orders in the Department of Justice (DOJ) and faced retaliation. Reuveni was the Acting Deputy Director of DOJ's Office of Immigration Litigation when he made his disclosure exposing concerning details of misconduct and abuse of authority at DOJ. He detailed senior DOJ staff defying federal court rulings in immigration enforcement, knowingly violating court injunctions, directing attorneys to mislead courts, and retaliating against employees like Mr. Reuveni for refusing to carry out illegal orders. Reuveni was a 15-year DOJ veteran working under both Democratic and Republican administrations and was terminated for refusing to comply with orders from his supervisor that would have violated court order and his oath as an attorney.
